Microcopy cheat sheet
Problem: We needed to up-skill product designers to write their own content after we losing a few content designers to the pandemic.
DoR (Definition of Ready)
Problem: The team was growing and we needed to define expectations so everyone knew what they were responsible for completing before they could "mark" their project as done.
UX experience
Problem: UX at Cvent doesn't follow a "defined" process and it was challenging to explain how we fit in to new UXers so I made an experience chart (it's still a work in progress).
DoD (Definition of Done)
Problem: My sprint team didn't have a DoD and I knew content wouldn't be a part of it if I left it up to them to put together.

Now my team has a DoD to share with their sprint teams.
